What is in the file

Every item below is recorded in the PDF and JSON, including lists where the supplier correctly does not appear.

Identity binding. SAM entity registration (UEI / CAGE) when present, Global Legal Entity Identifier (GLEIF) LEI, SEC EDGAR where applicable, and Florida Division of Corporations enrichment for in-state entities.
Exclusions. SAM.gov exclusions and OFAC Specially Designated Nationals, with timestamps and source hashes.
Prohibited-source screens. FAR Section 889, NDAA Section 1260H, BIS Military End-User List, Treasury NS-CMIC, and BIS Entity List. Deterministic, included at no extra charge.
Expected absences stated. A clean screen is shown as screened-and-absent, not silently skipped. Unavailable feeds are marked, not guessed.
Notary stamp. The evidence pack is hashed and signed. Anyone can verify the bytes have not changed since the file was produced.
Cover + procedure. The PDF opens with which screens ran, which sources, and which date, so the reader does not rely on your email summary alone.
